You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Use the Services for fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate any part of our system
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees on time
- Allow Convoa to charge your provided payment method
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
5. Free Trials
Convoa may offer free trials for certain features or plans. At the end of the trial, unless canceled, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.
Only one free trial is permitted per user or business.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Access to premium features will remain until the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued unless required by law
Convoa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Business interruption, data loss, or financial loss arising from your use of the Services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Convoa in the last 12 months.
